Your satifaction is my ultimate goal. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return or exchange it within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be in the original packaging and unworn condition for return eligibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Unfortunately, custom orders, including rings are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Please contact me for return address and instruction on return.
